If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us within 30 days and we’ll gladly issue a refund. Please note that refunds cover the purchase price only and do not include shipping fees.

If you made a mistake while placing your order, no worries—we’re happy to help! Just reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase, and we’ll gladly refund or exchange the item for the one you intended to buy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
